We are a small, independent psychological consulting firm located in Atlanta, GA. Our clients are organizations, companies and businesses of varied sizes most of which are headquartered locally but have operations nationally and internationally. We provide a number of services in support of the business and HR functions that focus on hiring, maintaining and promoting high functioning  employees.
 

Using objective, scientifically based measures of individual aptitudes, personality and behavioral tendencies, we are able to help organizations make accurate hiring decisions, determine future management potential and maximize employee performance by matching them with the proper job or role. This involves the proper fit between the individual, the position and the corporate culture. In this way we hope to enhance the use of human capital and resources within an organization.

T. S. Greco, Ph.D., or “Dr. G” as he is most often called, is a native of Louisiana and earned his Bachelor’s degree from LSU in 1967 before going on to receive his Masters and Ph.D.(1972) in Clinical Psychology. He spent his early professional career as Assistant Professor of Psychology teaching undergraduate and graduate courses at Purdue University and Georgia State University. He then entered private practice specializing in stress reduction, phobia desensitization, depression and other clinical disorders. It is this background and experience that enables him to advise organizations regarding high threat individuals or situations.

Dr Greco began transitioning from clinical to organizational psychology in the mid-1980’s and has since worked with a wide variety of companies and industries. He is member of the American Psychological Association, Southeastern Psychological Association and the Society of Industrial-Organizational Psychology. He has been licensed to practice psychology in the state of Georgia since 1975.
